CAC Allrounder is Central India’s leading adventure and camping organization with 19 years of experience in outdoor education, confidence-building, and experiential learning. We are empanelled with Maharashtra & Madhya Pradesh Tourism, a member of the Adventure Tour Operators Association of India (ATOAI), and a registered Trained Activity Provider for the International Award for Young People (IAYP) program. Our camps focus on self-discovery, teamwork, and personal growth beyond the classroom.

We offer a wide range of land, air, and water-based adventure activities. On land, we conduct camping, trekking, cycling safaris, and educational programs in scenic locations. In the air, we provide parasailing, paragliding, and hot air ballooning, giving participants a thrilling experience and breathtaking views. On water, we offer boating, kayaking, and speed boat races, allowing adventurers to explore beautiful aquatic landscapes. Our programs are designed to be safe, exciting, and transformative, creating unforgettable outdoor experiences for all participants.

  • Train Journey: Participants will travel in a 3 AC train with confirmed tickets from Nagpur to Delhi/Ambala and back.
  • Bus Journey: AC buses will take participants from Delhi/Ambala to Manali and back.
  • Local Transport: Non-AC vehicles or local buses will be used for internal transportation in Manali.
  • Train Journey: Journey meals are not included, but we will assist participants in ordering food online through various delivery platforms based on their PNR number.
  • Bus Journey: Meals are not included, but we will stop at a roadside amenity (e.g., Haldirams) for refreshments and rest.
  • In Manali: All meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Tea & Dinner) are included for 6 Nights / 7 Days until breakfast on the last day. Vegetarian food and R.O. drinking water will be provided.
  • During Trek & Rafting: Participants will receive packed lunch for convenience.

Our instructors are experienced professionals trained in adventure activities, first aid, and group management.

They have extensive outdoor leadership and trekking experience.

A dedicated female instructor will always present for girls’ safety and comfort.

Must-have items:
✔ Warm clothes (jackets, thermals, gloves)
✔ Comfortable sports shoes
✔ A backpack, water bottle, and flashlight
✔ Personal hygiene items and medicines
✔ Sunglasses and sunscreen
(A detailed packing list will be shared at the time of registration.)

Participants will stay at a dedicated base camp in Manali with swiss cottage tents basic but comfortable facilities and attached washrooms.

Weather is unpredictable, but we constantly monitor weather conditions and accordingly activities are adjusted.

Yes! A first-aid-certified instructor will always be present. We also have an on-call doctor and a 24/7 backup vehicle for emergencies.

No, participants can choose which activities they want to join.

Basic fitness is recommended. Light jogging or stretching before the camp can help prepare you.

Strict NO to:

🚫 Disrupting other campers
🚫 Alcohol, smoking, or prohibited items
🚫 Ignoring safety instructions
🚫 Being disrespectful to local culture
🚫 Getting off the train/bus without permission
Any misbehavior will result in strict action.

We discourage excessive screen time during the camp to ensure participants stay fully engaged in activities and enjoy the outdoor experience.

  • Limited mobile usage is expected to avoid distractions.
  • Phones should not interfere with group activities, treks, or teamwork.
  • Emergency communication will be facilitated by the instructors if needed.
  • We encourage participants to disconnect from screens and immerse themselves in nature, adventure, and real-world experiences.

We strongly discourage bringing ornaments, jewelry, and expensive gadgets such as laptops, tablets, speakers, smartphones and smartwatches to the camp. The camp environment involves outdoor activities, and there is a risk of loss or damage. We will not be responsible for any misplaced, lost, or damaged valuables. It is best to travel light and carry only essential items required for the camp experience.

If unexpected events occur (natural calamities, train delays, extra stay needed, etc.), participants must bear additional costs for food, stay, or transport.

If you want to change batch additional cost will be levied. 

Cancellation charges:-

60 days before trip begins- Full Refund

59-30 days before trip begins- 50 % of trip cost

Less than 30 days of if you do not report when trip begins- No refund
