Trek Format:
- Embarking on a trek in Nepal is a unique adventure filled with wonders and challenges. You’ll encounter diverse conditions like elevation changes, different customs, and languages. Be prepared both physically and mentally, and keep an open mind as the itinerary may change.
- For newcomers to trekking, get ready for an extraordinary experience. Trekking involves walking on well-defined trails, carrying only a day pack. The journey unfolds amidst magnificent landscapes, with early starts and the bulk of the day’s trek covered in the morning. Afternoons are for reaching the lodge where you’ll spend the night.
- This trip, designed for the average hiker, requires 5-6 hours of hiking per day. While it’s considered moderate, Nepalese trails can be steep, especially at elevations around 3,000 meters. Good conditioning is crucial, so engage in cardiovascular exercises like running or biking.
- Porters will carry your gear, limiting each duffel bag to 12 kilos. Accommodations are in locally owned lodges, providing basic amenities like toilets and cold showers. Some lodges offer hot showers and solar power for lighting. The main common room often has a heater, offering warmth on chilly nights.
- Overall, the trek is considered moderate, but certain days may be strenuous. Good conditioning is key for an enjoyable experience.

Begin the day with a drive to Tribhuvan Domestic Airport and a flight to the Everest region. After breakfast in Lukla (2,850 m), trek through picturesque settlements, connecting to the main trail in Churi Kharka. Experience Nepal's terrace culture along the Dudh Koshi, with views of Kusum Kangaru, concluding the trek in Phakding.

Embark on a challenging hike to Namche Bazaar, ascending along Dudh Kosi's west bank, passing Toktok to Benkar adorned with Buddhist paintings. The trek starts with a winding path showcasing Mount Everest, Thamserku, and Ama Dablam. Descend to the riverbank before facing a challenging ascent to Tengboche. Traverse rhododendron forests, spotting musk deer and Himalayan 'tahr.' Enjoy a break with Kantega mountain views. Tengboche boasts the iconic Tengboche Monastery, daily pujas, Cafe Tengboche, and a panoramic viewpoint.

Trek from Tengboche through lush forests with a close view of Ama Dablam. Cross a suspension bridge over the Imja River with a stunning stupa photo-op. Ascend to Pangboche, passing yak-populated pastures, and reach the Dingboche valley.
Optional acclimatization trek to Nagarjuna (5,545 m) after having a warm delicious breakfast to get a view of the world’s three top mountain peaks - Mt. Lhotse (8,516 m), Mt. Makalu (8,481 m) and Mt. Cho Oyu (8,188 m) and the majestic views of Mt. Ama Dablam (6,812 m). It's certainly impressive and even iconic.

Ascend 150 m to a viewpoint for outstanding views of Tawachee (6,495 m) and Cholatse peak (6,440 m). After lunch in Dugla (4,620 m), hike up the Khumbu glaciers terminal moraine, passing memorial monuments. Descend to Lobuche and conclude the day in Lobuche, a semi-permanent village at the base of the Khumbu Icefall.

Trek to Gorak Shep, with steeper and rougher terrain revealing Pumori's peak (7,145 m) and the first views of Nuptse (7,864 m), Kala Patthar (5,545 m), and Mount Everest (8,848 m). The Khumbu Glacier, an immense icy tongue, descends Everest's slopes. After reaching Gorak Shep by lunch, we trek to Everest Base Camp in the afternoon and return by evening to Gorakshep.

Trek from Pheriche to Namche Bazaar, descending through the scenic landscapes. Enjoy the downward journey, taking in the stunning views of the Himalayan terrain.
We start this 6 hour during trek with a strenuous descent from Namche Bazaar to the Dud Kosi (hard work for the knees), after the path climbs up to Monjo and then runs easily to Benkar, Phakding, and Lukla
